A founder-led studio that ships.
InstantApp Solutions is a founder-led software studio in Pretoria East, Gauteng. We build custom systems and AI tools for South African businesses, meet clients in person across Gauteng, and stay accountable for what we build afterwards.
The founder, accountable to you.
The studio has been building for South African clients since 2019 from Pretoria East, Gauteng, serving clients in Pretoria, Johannesburg and across South Africa.
Our clients are founders with a product idea and owner-run businesses with a process to fix: new builds, systems taken over from somebody else, and monthly support once they are live.
We meet in person across Gauteng and work in English or Afrikaans.
There is no account manager between you and the person writing the code. That is the point of founder-led delivery.
Simple on purpose.
- 01
Discovery call
Thirty minutes. We listen to the problem and say honestly whether we can help.
- 02
Fixed scope, signed agreement
A statement of work with the price and the timeline. No code before signature and deposit.
- 03
Weekly demos
Working software every week. You see progress and you steer it.
- 04
Handover
Deployed, documented and handed over under the ownership and licensing terms agreed in the scope.
What we will not do.
No code before a signed scope
Every engagement starts with a written statement of work, a price and a date. If we have not agreed on it, we have not started building it.
No hourly billing
You get a fixed price against a fixed scope. If the scope changes, we write the change down with its cost before anyone continues.
No client named without consent
Some work on this site is described rather than named, to protect the client's privacy. Yours is treated the same way.
