Who owns the code?
It is agreed before we start and written into the scope. The usual options are full transfer to you on final payment, a licence where we keep reusable components and you get everything specific to your business, or a shared arrangement for products we help fund. Whichever you choose, nothing you rely on can be taken away later.
What happens if the scope changes?
We stop. The change gets written down with its cost and its effect on the timeline, and we only continue once you sign it. That is why there are no surprise invoices at the end of a project.
How long does it take?
The health check call usually happens in the same week you ask for it, and the deep audit takes five working days. The AI Readiness Sprint runs two weeks and an MVP runs eight weeks. Retainers start within a month of signing.
